1. Object of the service

Tatallo is a digital platform connecting travelers, property managers and local businesses, offering accommodation booking and experiences on the territory.

2. Registration and account

To use the platform's services you must create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.

3. Bookings

Bookings made through the platform are subject to availability and the specific conditions of each accommodation. Confirmation of the booking constitutes a binding agreement between the guest and the property manager.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Tatallo applies a transparent service fee, visible before booking confirmation.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the selected accommodation. Specific conditions are indicated on each property's detail page before booking.

• Flexible: free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in
• Moderate: free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in
• Strict: 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in

6. Liability

Tatallo acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for damages, malfunctions or disputes arising from the direct relationship between guest and property manager. We commit, however, to facilitate the resolution of any issues.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the platform (texts, images, logos, graphics) is the property of Tatallo or its respective owners and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Changes to terms

Tatallo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court will be the one of reference for Tatallo's registered office.
